How will success be measured? Define how your business will know that the goals have been met.

Create initiatives that are S.M.A.R.T (specific, measureable, achievable, relevant and timebound) and in line with a company's values.

Create actionable plans to support initiatives. Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders, understand time and resources needed to complete and schedule appropriately. Use established guidelines, tools and processes.

Regularly monitor results and make adjustments as needed. Stay on top of budget and changes in goals.
